I have 2 implants and the implant attachment is working perfectly. Not to be gross, but I have pockets under my implants that would get bacteria build up and get stinky. 0 stink since I got this waterpik and use it every day! I'm so happy! I use the other attachments on my other teeth/gums and it's very, very effective.
