I started out with a little smaller version initially and I quickly knew I needed an upgrade. I was experiencing “early” gum disease per my dentist. I started using a better toothpaste, mouthwash, and I use my Waterpik in the AM and at bedtime and I got a good report from the dentist on my next cleaning. I still use floss from time to time but not as much as I use my Waterpik…..my waterflosser is my new best friend.
My waterpik hose started leaking. My immediate reaction was to purchase a replacement unit which I did. I hated throwing away my old one since it had served me so well. I looked online for this replacement part. I was surprised that it was readily available but most appeared to be counterfeits so I decided to pay a bit more but get the real thing. Thanks
It is alright, not as good as the Platinum model, but that model stopped working in 3 months. So ... we'll see. The settings are different and sometimes I have to jiggle the water basin to get it to start. Being honest, not sure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE my new Waterpik® My last one was a rechargeable traveling one. It was my first one but this one is a bajillion times stronger. I had no idea. Plus it came with numerous tips. My other one only had two.
