Had one before and was happy with it so when it went I bought another. Not happy at all. Power and strength are lacking. The toothbrush cannot be powered without water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry that you are unhappy with one of our products. I am not sure what toothbrush you are referring to. The product does come with a toothbrush jet tip, but no actual toothbrush.
