My dentist highly recommended this product to help me maintain my implants. Had I owned a water pick 20 years ago I would not have had the dental issues I do today. The water pick will help me maintain my implants and gums. So glad I got one with the travel unit. Love the different heads. Also like adding mouth rinse to the reservoir. The use of warm water feels great in my mouth and takes it to a new level of clean.

After using my previous Waterpik flosser daily for about five years it finally needed to be replaced. The new one I recently purchased performs just like the previous one so I am very happy. The new one probably makes less noise so that's an added benefit. By the way, since using a Waterpik flosser my dental hygienist says my gums have noticeably improved.
