Worked nicely, and cleaned teeth well, but the pause button stuck after two months, so now it doesn't work at all. Wish I'd saved the receipt.

Here is a link to our how-to clean blog that has detailed cleaning instructions that will prevent this issue from occurring. https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/product-support/articles/how-to-clean-waterpik-water-flosser-vinegar/
Works okay, not as stable as early models. the unit is too light, will not sit on the counter without moving when flossing with the pik. The hose needs to be longer and more flexible. Not for a tall person.

Thank you for the review. When used while leaning over the sink, as recommended, the hose length should not be an issue. Below is a link to a quick how-to video that might help. It has great tips on how to easily and effectively use the product.
