This product is easy to use, has storage in the top, adjustable pressure, and a handy pause button on the handle. The waterpik removes all of the food from between my teeth in a matter of seconds. I’m looking into a portable version to take on trips. I really missed my waterpik during a recent weekend out of town.

We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the lid. The lid for this specific model simply rests inside of the reservoir. It should lift straight up and out of the reservoir.
