After 10 days of use the Pause button on my WP-100 model is stuck closed. Customer Support suggested it was clogged from hard water deposits and that I should run vinegar solution thru unit. 2 problems, can't run anything thru unit with Pause button stuck and I doubt 10 days of once daily use with water only would clog the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for your oral health. Easy to use. Lighter in weight and more stylish than my previous water pik and a new color, mint green. Looks great on the bathroom counter!
The old reliable standard Waterpik is still the best choice for a counter-top water flosser. I tried another brand made to look just like the Waterpik and was disappointed (it leaked) so I went back to this. It's simple to use and keep clean.
This is one of the best products that our family has ever used. It does exactly what it says it will do. My only regret is that I didn't get it sooner!
