Works well. I wish the reservoir held a little more water. I typically have to fill it twice for one session. It would also be nice if it came with one tip for each member of the family, say four of them. It only comes with two.
Product is okay, but not terrific; Could live without it. Very noisy!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the product. The unit is a motor driven appliance and as with other common household motor driven appliances, some noise is normal.
I had purchased 2 other models that were cordless; one was a waterpik, and the other was a different brand. They both worked fine for 2- 3 months, then, without any reason, stopped working at all, even though they were completely charged. I really wanted to have a waterpik, so I then purchased this model, and it is perfect! Maybe because it must be plugged in. Will not be counting on anything cordless to be working consistently
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great but stopped working after 4 months
