Very loud and hard to control. It does however work ok if you don’t mind the noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a fantastic product. I have been using it daily since I purchased it and my dentist complimented how healthy my gums look. I would very highly recommend this product.
I recently purchased the WP-100 to improve my daily oral care regimen, at the recommendation of my dentist and dental hygienist. Good oral care has always been very important to me. Rather than an electric toothbrush, I still prefer a manual one, along with daily flossing. With the addition of the WP-100, I’m more confident that I’m doing a good job, maintaining proper daily oral care.
The Waterpik is easy to set up and use, but sometimes I have difficulty keeping the nozzles pointing in the same position/direction as they will twist and turn when cleaning the molars. Also, I find that when I am cleaning my front & centre teeth, water runs down over the on/off switch on the pik-holder...no matter how tightly I close my lips.
Very compact and easy for kids to use! I'd love to see a suggestion in the manual for the starting settings for kids to make nervous parents more at ease.
This is an awesome product for anyone with receding gums which is what I have. And, regular floss will no longer work for me. This product will surely add years to my bridges and crowns which are expensive to replace.
