At the suggestion of my dentist, I purchased my Waterpik less than a month ago, and I am already seeing results! I was amazed at all the particles that my Waterpik removed after I had brushed my teeth. In addition to having a real clean, my teeth are whiter as well. The Waterpik has helped with coffee stains on my front teeth. Do yourself and your mouth a favor-----get a Waterpik now. Oral health is critical to our overall health and as person with Parkinson's Disease, I can't tell you how important it is to be as proactive in all areas of health. This is a great product!
Paid a lot of money for something that does not help in my dental hygiene. Wish I could return for a refund.

I got this for Christmas and I used it and only works for a minute then I need to shut it off and then come back 5 mins a later. It will now take me 30 mins to brush and floss my teeth.
We did not like the waterpik, for it had too many flaws. I spoke with my dental hygienist and she suggested purchasing an electric toothbrush instead. I love my new toothbrush! She stated that a waterpik device we be more suitable with someone with space between their teeth.
I don't like the new WaterPik at all. Too many auxiliary items included that most people won't utilize. Storage compartment on top of unit is clumsy and in-needed. Wand sticks up in front of unit causing operator to be vigilant or the full reservoir of water will hit tip and spill. Poor design.
To expensive and worthless, takes to long to prepare, very messy, it is a bad product, need to make it customer friendly products

The Good,bad,ugly

The Good, Waterpik does clean. The Bad, it's the worst designed piece of equipment I have ever used. The Ugly, it's worse than the worst designed piece of equipment I have ever used. Putting the cord back into the unit and you wind up pushing the "ON" button and water shoots out all over the place. The top lid of the water supply is improperly designed and sometimes winds up in the canister because of it's design. If you need the Waterpik be warned because looking at the other Waterpik products the "on off" switch is in the same place. The finger pressure stop on the grip needs a lot of pressure to hold off the water. Yes the water will get in those place to clean your teeth but you may also wind up water spraying your counter and mirror. Will look for another brand if any exists.

Thank you for providing feedback! If you find you are inadvertently turning the device on, you may be better suited for a model which features an on/off water control such as The Aquarius Water Flosser: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/products/dental-water-flosser/WP-660/
