Water pressure not strong enough

This is my 3rd waterpic and overall I am a big fan of them (despite the hose splitting open on both after 5 only years). On this new one however I'm finding that the water pressure coming out of the nozzle is not nearly as strong or powerful as in previous models, even though I have it set at 10! In the past I would have the setting at 5 or 6. Perhaps someone from Waterpic can explain/advise why.

Absolutely love this product, im am so glad I bought it. With covid-19 it is hard to get to the dentist, and now using the WP I feel the same fresh feeling as when i leave the dentist. Thank you for such a great product.

I own a pick before but thus us the best!!! I have a couple of bridges and other dental work. After i have paid so much money i like to keep my teeth and gums as healthy as possible. This pick is the best. It is like my dentist uses. It keeps my gums healthy and i love all the different attachments!! I don't floss anymore!!! The best purchase i made!!!!

I bought this today. I used it one time and it worked great. I went to use it before bed and water wouldn’t even come out of the flosser on maximum pressure. I hate that it didn’t work out but I’ll have to take it back since it’s defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
