I had never used a WaterPik product before purchasing this one. My dentist recommended it. Every day, I feel as if I just had my teeth cleaned by the dentist. Great Product!!!!
Instructions are very clear and makes the Waterpik easy to use. I'm impressed with the large reservoir. Does an excellent job of cleaning between the teeth.The WP 100 went above my expectations
I like the product, though am not sure about manufacturing quality...had to buy a second one, because right after the warranty expired on my first purchase, the "pause" button for the water flow on the handle got stuck, and I could no longer pause the water flow. But, when the product is working, I like it.

We are sorry to hear this happened with your previous unit. Running distilled white vinegar and warm water through the unit and handle regularly, as recommended, will prevent the issue by breaking down any buildup that may be accumulating.
