When the dental hygienist says get a Waterpik, get it. WP100 is the best. Easiest. Features. Plug it in a go. Dial low and go, then go more as one gets used to it. The lid where the accessories are should be easier to open, with a little grippy, but it is ok.

We're sorry that you are not completely satisfied with the product. Our products are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for the space. Specifically we design our products to have a sound level less than 70 dBA, where less than 70 dBA is defined as ‘conversation level’. Beyond 70 dBA we hear the sound of a toilet flush and at approaching 90 dBA we are in the range of most hair dryers. The WP-100 has the highest pressure (100PSI) that is available. However, we do offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you would like more information, please email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call us at (800) 525-2774 and we would be happy to help.
I've been using Waterpik for about 13 years. What a difference it makes to gum health! My cleanings with the hygienist are a breeze now and have been since using Waterpik. I wouldn't be without one!
I have been wanting a waterpik for a long time and couldn't decide between models. I chose the WP-100 and I love it. It can be very powerful or you can tone it down if you have sensitive gums. It does a great job 'flossing'. My teeth look cleaner and my gums feel better.
This machine with the assorted water piks does a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I was very surprised at the additional food particles that would be dislodged after brushing my tooth for 2-3 minutes.
