It is easy to use and appears to remove food bits. What puzzles me is why the clattery noise. Well, I understand that it is due to the little pump, but still it is unnerving.

The water pick work very well was highly recommended by my dentist very easy to use get the food out of my braces and between my teeth, love that it has ten pressure settings for your comfort. The only downside of this waterpik is that it is loud. Would be a 5star but it just to loud!
