works, but a few disappointments

Product works. I've used Waterpiks for decades. All of my older Waterpiks had tube breakage problems well before the motors and other parts gave out [on top of this, the WP-100 seems far more flimsy than the older models!] This, as well as the fact that only two standard jet tips were included with this newer model [I really would prefer several standard tips to the "variety pack" that I won't use] leaves me disappointed, especially given the price s for repair and replacement parts. To top these things off, the process of finding the location on your website to write a review was an annoying challenge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
