Works great as a water pick. The only problem with it is the water container. It is difficult to remove from the frame when filling with water. There is a suction cup that sticks to the bottom of the container and the frame when removing it.
We've had this model before and it lasted many years, so we did not hesitate to purchase the same, updated model. My dental hygienist has noticed the improvement in my gums and overall dental health.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Beancounter50 - We are glad to hear you are enjoying the model and seeing improvement in your gum health. Thanks for your feedback. We will happily pass this along to our Product Design team.
My handle leaks from the off/on switch and from the tip release switch. This machine uses water much faster than my previous machine. I do not like the lid design at all. It’s cumbersome to use. I prefer the hinged lid (hinged to top of tank). I can’t tell any difference with this machine than with my 15 year old machine for cleaning my teeth. My old machine finally started having problems after 15 years great service. I prefer the tip storage on the old machine. Arthritic hands will have difficulty taking the lid off the new machine each time to fill tank. I constantly drop the lid, the tips spill everywhere. I finally decided to leave the lid off.

Replaces my old smaller Waterpik. Great unit - overall size, adjustable pressure, quiet, fluid capacity, lid with storage, recoiling hose and easy holder. Highly recommend.
