I really feel like my teeth are cleaner than ever! I have had all manner of dental procedures, including implants and my mother had a Water Pik. Even with that history, it was never even recommended to me that I purchase a Water Pik. With the Water Pik I pray that the benefits will be great and that my future dental visits will be for only six month cleanings!
It works well and is easy to use. I am not sure though how long it will work. It is rather a cheap model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works better than my rechargable waterpik.

This is my second waterpik. I bought it at a local retailer. My first waterpik was the rechargable model with just 2 speeds. My rechargable model died after about 2 years; the battery wouldn't recharge. This model has no rechargable battery. It does the job marvelously. It has more than 2 speeds, 1 to 10. I find that bout 2-3 works well for me so far. I still have to carry around floss for use away from home. This device eliminates my need to use floss at home.
I'm a new Waterpik user. I like the unit, but I recently went out of town for 2 weeks and couldn't pack it. Then I had oral surgery and still can't use it for a few more days. So far my experience is good, but I haven't given up flossing. I may learn to love the Waterpik, but am not quite there yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

ON OCCASION, WATER LEAKS OUT OF THE HEAD WHERE THE PIK CONNECTS INTO THE WAND. YOU HAVE TO EJECT IT & REINSERT THE PIK TO GET THE LEAK TO STOP
