First time using a water pick of any kind. New experience. I'm sure it only takes time to adjust to how to best use it. I wanted to try something that would help with the cleaning of my teeth. I think we found it. My husband and I both have one now.
This is nice but very noisy, I had one before and this is 2 - 3 times noisier
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello bjca - Our products are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for the space. Specifically, we design our products to have a sound level of less than 70 dBA, where less than 70 dBA is defined as ‘conversation level’. Beyond 70 dBA we hear a toilet flush and at approaching 90 dBA we are in the range of most hair dryers.
This is an excellent addition to my dental maintenance program. Have used a Waterpik for many, many years. I am disappointed that I cannot find a replacement for my little travel WP-270 W / WP- 305W. I find the current models too bulky to hold in my hand.
I enjoy this water pic. It’s very easy to use! I have already worked my way up to a level 10, fairly quickly and it doesn’t feel painful for me personally.
