Works well. Small foot print so easy to store and use. Have noticed after using and putting handle in the storage place that there is slight leaking of water where the hose enters the handle.
Using my WP-100 for about two months now, I am disappointed in some of its features. 1) Design of the lid. Since I am the only one using and only use pik-pocket tip there is no need for all the extra tips included and storage. Because the unit just stopped working, this is the third Waterpik I've replaced in the past 10 years so I've accumulated a lot of extra tips that just are thrown away. Such a waste and added expense! 2) The current lid seems to easily fall into the water reservoir when putting on. 3) I find the hose doesn't always recoil properly. 4) Sometimes the water doesn't start when switched on so have to tap the lid. 5) Probably just the way my bathroom is set up, but I am right handed, the electrical outlet and switches are on the left side of. In order for the water flosser to work, I am awkwardly switching on and dribbling over the coil. Otherwise, the Waterpik-100 does a good job of cleaning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My dentist kept telling me to get this. I actually like using it, does an excellent job cleaning and much easier to use than i exptected. I hope it helps with my checkups.
