Keeping your gums free from any infection is so critical to overall brain health and heart health. I fill with, 90% water and, 10% hydrogen peroxide. I am told the oxygen in the hydrogen peroxide kills bacteria. I am told this reduces inflammation from gum infections which reduces ameloid plaque buildup associated with the brain's response to inflamation and, Alzheimer's disease. Take care of your dental health. It has much more than having to do with your teeth. Best purchase anyone can make to support best health practices. My opinion. I am not a medical professional. I'm a great dental patient. I listen. I trust.

I really love this slightly smaller Waterpik flosser. It works great keeping my teeth and gums healthy as part of my dental routine. The removable water reservoir is just the right size. I like that it comes with a number of different flossers for different needs. On top of that, the color looks great in my bathroom! Would definitely recommend!
