Happy with product except for short life of hose.

This is my second purchase of this model. Very happy with the product. Better and simpler than flossing. One negative: Prior exact same model, hose broke after a couple of years. Used only three months per year at vacation home. Not under warrantee. Otherwise very well made.

We're sorry to hear about the hose on your previous unit. The hose is made of a food grade plastic that is required by the FDA as it is a water filled pathway that leads directly into your mouth. It is intended to be used regularly and doing so will prevent the hose from becoming brittle.
