Cheaper than my last model; seems like it won’t last nearly as long
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Genmoo - We're sorry you are not fully satisfied. Our products are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for the space. Specifically, we design our products to have a sound level of less than 70 dBA, where less than 70 dBA is defined as ‘conversation level’. Beyond 70 dBA we hear a toilet flush and at approaching 90 dBA we are in the range of most hair dryers.
Had a different water pic previously and had good experience, started leaking water from the bottom so we replaced it and the new one leaks more water than the other one, disappointed!

Purchased at the suggestion of my dentist. Very easy to use, once you get the hang of it. Thoroughly and gently cleanses in a way not possible to do with flossing alone. It should be an indispensable part of every adult's daily dental care.
I like the new lighter weight version of the WP 100 Ultra. It also seems to be more forceful than the older model WP 100 it replaced. I only use the standard tip so can't comment on any of the other tips included with the unit. My only wish would be to have a slightly longer and more flexible hose, even so I still offer a 5-star review. This isn't my first WP 100 Ultra, and I would definitely purchase again if/when necessary.
I normally use the cordless flosser but the water tanks are so difficult to clean, so I switched to the countertop one. Cons: the cord to the handset needs to be longer as it pulls the flosser when using it. The wall plug is huge so be prepared to unplug it when you need the outlet for other things. the water tank holds only a small amount of water so it needs to be refilled when using. Pros: it’s nice looking and compact in size. the handset is small enough to fit in small hands. It’s quieter than most flossers. It has a deep clean option and 10 pressure settings. Overall I am happy with it. the countertop flossers are messier than the cordless but cleaning is a breeze. i struggled to clean growing mold in the cordless tanks. i use a flosser daily so clean up of the water tank is extremely important to me.
