I love having my new flosser with the available attachments however, it is much too LOUD & the attachments causes me to feel that they may fall off at any moment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello - Thank you for your feedback. Our products are designed for use in the bathroom and to have sound levels appropriate for the space. Specifically, we design our products to have a sound level less than 70 dBA.
I've been a WaterPik fan for about 8 years now - great invention. I like the "basic" model. My only gripe is that it gets slimy/moldy after awhile - which is probably dependent on water quality. When it gets this way, I try to clean it as best as I can, but then I just think it's better to replace it -- not really knowing how much of this "icky stuff" is going into your mouth.
wish hose was little longer for waterpik. It’s a little short.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello Mat09- Thanks for your feedback! The hose safely extends to 30 inches, and when used as recommended, this length has been proven to be sufficient. We'll definitely share your input with the team.
I first want to point out that I only give it 3 stars for these reasons. Companies want reviews right after you get their product which is nonsense. If they want honest reviews, ask for the 6 months to a year after using their product. For all I know this thing could fail as soon as I finish this. And the other reason is this is the only water flosser I have ever used so there could be something out their twice as good. I just don't know.
But what I will say is I do like this device. Water tank seems just right to get the job done. It is a bit noisy and messy if your not careful, but it is an electrical pump pumping water so I expected that.
Providing it has a fairly good lifespan I would purchase it again
