It works well. Two downsides: can't be wall mounted thus it takes up space on the counter; the pressure control is on the unit, not the wand, which makes it hard to change while using.
This Waterpik works well, I have had several over the years. My only complaint is the lid is not connected to the unit and falls into the water container easily. The lid opens to store extra flossers which I find very clumsy and adds to the chances of the lid slipping into the container and the flossers getting wet. I wished I would have bought the Aquarius model again which has been the best yet that I have bought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My new WP-100 would not prime initially. I filled the reservoir with water and placed the reservoir in the unit and pressed the power button. The unit started running, but no water was coming out not the nozzle. I tried adjusting the pressure dial but still no water coming out. In removed the reservoir and reinstalled it with the same results. In finally pressed down on the reservoir and then unit primed and started working. This is my 2nd Water Pik, the first one worked fine and lasted several years, disappointed in this new one tho.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love my new waterpik. I have never used one before, but now I am glad I have started. The cleaning along the gumline and between teeth feels really good. After brushing and flossing, food particles still exist. The waterpik flushes everything out. What a great , useful product.
