I love the functional part of the product, but I can’t use it every time I need to because it is so loud. I have a roommate and neighbors in my apartment.
My dentist REALLY wanted me to get a Water Pik and this model was the one she demonstrated at the office. It’s reasonably priced and it was readily available.
The water container leaks. There is nothing that I can do to stop the leaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The actual flossing process seems to work good, but this is the messiest thing I've ever used. As soon as I put the tank (with water in it) on the base, water starts leaking out of the tank, running down over the on/off switch as the power setting knob. I hope all the electrical parts are waterproof! I tried putting the tank on before adding water and it still leaks out. I am not pressing down hard on the tank at all, just seating it on the base.
