Works great, my only complaint is the lid is hard to get off to add water, it need grippers or something to grab hold of. It is a little noisy. It did come with several different tips

I've used the Waterpik for years, including the pikpocket head. My gums are great because of it. My Waterpik got so old that I had to purchase a brand new one recently. It was reasonably priced. The company has made this device a lot quieter than it used to be when using. I really appreciate that. This product is a winner.
