Our first one stopped charging after one year. The company sent us another one since it was under warranty. The second one will barely work if left uncharged for 6 hours. Will not buy another Waterpik rechargeable. If I could give it less than a 1 star rating, I would.

Water spashes on to my chest often and wet my t-shirt often. When charging the hardware, no light turns on to indicate that the system is charging, or fully charged and not taking any charge, so I can pull the plug. Otherwise a good product in general.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your feedback. We do carry multiple models to choose from on our website: https://www.waterpik.com/oral-health/products/
The unit is more difficult for me to keep from dripping down my arm. I bought the unit for traveling, maybe with practice I will like it as much as the ULTRA WP-100.

A Great Smile Saved?

Great product. My gum disease was out of control and the cost of treatment was sky high. I purchaed this product a month or so ago and I am pleased to announce that my gums and teeth are approximately 80% on the mend. I still need my teeth cleaned and I am using the new Peradontax toothpaste in conjunction with water flossing 3 to 4 times a day after I eat and the results are stunning. Until I can afford dental insurance that will cover part of the treatment I need, this will prevent additional gum loss and excess tarter to form on my teeth. I have a very nice smile and I was on my way to loosing it without the use of this product. Thank you
I got this because I didn't have the room in my bathroom for a larger model. I've had the larger model and loved it so when it was time to replace it I wanted to go smaller. The concept is great but it's not as powerful as the plug in style.
I have never had a water flosser before and wanted to give it a try. String floss tends to hurt my gums. This product is just what the doctor ordered. Besides being a little messy the flosser gives your mouth a clean refreshing feel. I also mix a regular mouth wash into the water for an even cleaner feel. I now use it after all meals. I also like the fact that it's cordless. You have two settings for the pressure of the water and the water container gives you about 45 seconds of flossing. Although I have nothing to compare it to the flosser performs as advertised.
I need four new crowns and catch food particles at receeding gumline. I like the cordless waterpik because it gets the stuff blasted out and it is quick. I have the big unit but never took it out of the box because of the size and cord. I recently got the cordless model and use it all the time. I wish waterpik would come out with a mini blaster to carry during the day so you can blast off the stuff after lunch in a restaurant just for your problem areas. It should be small, easy to use and priced reasonably. This could be a huge seller and with the baby boomer market needing more dental attention due to age, the profile is set for a demand market. Someone please read this and get to work on it. Thanks
