Great for basic print, however terrible for graphics and images. I purchased the recommended paper with the same terrible output.

Good Product!

I am happy with my new printer. The only drawback is that one cannot duplex copy automatically. I noticed that the newest model does have that option, but it is too late for me. I also have an issue printing from WordPerfect which I haven't been able to clarify yet. No problems with Word.

Easy to setup with or without a USB cable. Wireless printing works great from my laptop. You can scan from the printer controls same with copying. Can copy with computer off. Mobile applications cam be petted for example black letters on a shaded area will be completely black. Much better than my old Samsung laser printer including cartridge prices.

It has worked well for a small business. I would highly recommend. Print quality is great. Easy to use. Not sure yet about cost of supplies but so far we are thrilled with it.

Finally bought a printer that works!

After dealing with inkjet printers for many many years, I got tired of the streaky printing, paper feed errors, andonandonandon. Decided to spend a bit more on a laser printer - best decision ever.
Very simple to set up, easily connected to my WiFi, able to print from my iPad & iPhone with a couple of taps. From the moment I powered it up, the Brother Color Laser has been fantastic. All I have to do is keep it loaded with paper and it just WORKS! Also incredibly easy to print odd-size documents - envelopes, file-folder labels, basically any Avery product - from the front feed slot.
I would HIGHLY recommend this printer to anyone who is fed-up with endless printhead cleaning, streaked documents, and inconsistent paper feed problems.

Incomplete - specs mislead

This product is incorrectly advertised as duplex when it isn't. Yeah the fine print will say you should have asked for the 9340 But the ads and headline specs don't tell the tale. The sales guy has an opportunity to upsell so they theorize. But sales has 10 competing products and can't correct Brother's failure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
