Good features and easy to use

Two major complaints with this printer is the colors are not that sharp. Secondly the black and white is good but the black rubs off especially when it is creased. Does not bond to the paper well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Good Performance

I upgraded from an all in one ink jet after my HP head started acting up. I took the plunge to a laser printer and have had no trouble. Scan beautifully. Ink usage appears low - still on the starter pack. Would like a better interface with my Windows 10 desktop.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dump the Inkjet

Got tired of clogged inkjet printers, made the switch and will never go back to ink again. This is a stress reducer for me. Print 50 pages no problem, wait a month before printing again, no problem.

This multi-function machine works wonderful! It is VERY easy to set up and use. The cartridges seem to last forever! (Year to year and a half!) I just had to replace the drums, which really weren't expensive, and I've had this printer for more years than I remember! I'm extremely happy with this product and highly recommend it to anyone who wants quality color copies! My only complaint with it is it won't print two-sided automatically. You have to re-feed the paper.

A real work horse!

I bought this printer for two specific purposes. 1. Create designs printed with toner so I could add permanent foil to the designs. 2. Print black & white digital images that are to be colored with alcohol ink. (Toner does not run or smear with alcohol ink.) I have been extremely pleased with the performance. I can even feed cardstock through to the back of the printer so no jamming occurs!

great purchase

love that it is all in one. We use the scan more than anything else. The only problem we are finding, the first printing, what prints, comes off on our hands. So everytime we print, if it has not warmed up, we have to print again in order for the toner to stick to the paper. Not sure if anyone else has had that problem. I would still recommend, but let people know that this is what we are finding in printing. Its up to others to decide if they want to purchase.

We've only had our printer for about a week, but it was easy to set up, including the wireless connection. So far it is running great; I love how the print looks, very professional. Scanner works great too. We have not set up the fax yet.
