This is a good quality, well built machine. It could be a little faster, but the copy quality is excellent, and it seems to be very reliable.

Good overall color laser printer all in one

I like how quickly this warms up in comparison to older Brother all in one models I have had in the past. Only drawback is how quickly you go through the toner and how expensive it is. Overall I am very happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The print quality is very good except when it come to printing photographs. The picture are very blurry. Other than the photograph quality I love the printer and it is worth the money that I spent.

Great Printer.
So far working great, sharp color, very smooth.
Regular printing is not the quickest, I've had laser printers that printed 22-23 ppm, this one does about 18 ppm.
But overall, very happy with it.

Remove it from your product line - most people that BUY it become really angry (that's me) as they thought they were Buying the 9340- features (dual side print).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the best purchase I made

I needed a printer to do a lot of duplex printing. This one does not do that.
I am now stuck with a printer I try NOT to use and I go to my HP which will duplex.
