Could Have Been A 5 Star

Would be giving this all-in-one printer a 5 star rating but had trouble setting up the scanner to all of my laptops. Finally figured it out - you needed to have all of the laptops (or desktops, etc.) on at the same time. Once I did that the scanner connected to all devices and works great. Printing, Copying, and Faxing have been great too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Brothers All-in-One

My Brother's All-in-One has proven itself for over a year now. Other than initial setup, which required some assistance from remote support, I've not experienced any problems. I love this product and have no problems relying on it for business use.

I am extremely happy with my brother all in one. Set up was really easy, and I found out recently that I can print directly from my iPhone. Super quiet, and very fast. I highly recommend it.

I was hesitant that it would be difficult to change ink and to clear any paper jams but have done both and very easy. I am though trying to figure out how to print on both sides which have not figured out yet but I am 82 years old and not that technically minded but so far I like it far more than my HP's I have always had.

I'm pleased with all of it's functions. Like it's economy with regard to ink. My 4 star (as opposed to 5) involves the delay time between clicking on print and actually receiving the printed copy.

Great copies

Makes great copies, would have given 5 but the envelope print feature is pretty involved and after you print envelopes, the next copy you make on regular paper goes to the envelope port and gets jammed.

A very intuitive, easy maintenance, high quality unit that I rely on. In particular, if I encounter a paper jam (not that frequent), it's built to enable clearing it easily. Now I want to see if the automated toner replacement routine is really as timely as it should be. If that happens, I'm gonna be one happy camper! Great color, by the way.
