I bought this multi use printer about two months ago and couldnt be happier. It handles any type of big or small job just like a commercial printer. The only downside is the toner is on the pricey side. Besides that, very good machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reliable printer but fails wireless connection

At first no difficulty connecting to my wireless network. Then stopped working. Now does not recognize my ATT UVerse network

I love this machine - it's a work horse - recently there has been a 1/16 of an inch yellow line down the left side of every print out and I have not been able to correct it.
If you can tell me how to fix it I will give you a 5 star rating,
I don't use the fax but I like the scanner.
the single page feed will take the page but scan the flat screen instead. not sure what that is about either. It's not all the time.

Color is crisp and clean. Great machine-My primary issue is that it doesn't measure toner for replacement-it does and page count and shuts down until you replace toner. I have reset and gone for over 500 pages more before evidence of toner depletion.

After a very disappointing experience with another manufacturer's customer service, I selected a Brother MFC 9130CW all in one machine. A fax issue, (that ultimately was found to be with my telephone company), prompted me to contact Brother's customer service. They were absolutely incredible at determining the cause and resolving my problem. The unit works perfectly, the prints are very crisp and clear, and the color rendition is excellent. The touch screen is straight forward and easy to navigate. I am completely satisfied and would recommend this model to anyone requiring the features this printer has.
