Very good printer. Dependable and easy to use

So far so good. I have had this Brother MFC-9130CW printer for a few months now and it has worked very well. It prints color very nicely and the software from Brother is very easy to use and has several ways to setup the tasks you use most. The only thing I do not like is how noisy the printer fan is. It also seems to take longer to copy documents than other printers I have uses. I can easily overlook these items since the printer does such a great job printing and scanning documents and I don't have any issues with paper jams or software problems like several other printers I've used in the past.
One recommendation I have: The first Brother printer I received had a firmware update on the website which it said to upgrade to if you were running Windows 10. I would recommend NOT installing this firmware update without talking with one of the Brother reps first. This firmware update completely hosed my printer and they had to send me another one. The person at Brother took good care of me and they got a new printer sent out right away.

Not user friendly, I never use it, waste of $

Wifi challenging to set up and it prints out documents in large font that run over multiple pages; it doesn't print like it apears on the print preview screen. I never use this printer and would definitely not buy it again. I can take the same document that I have trouble printing on the Brother, email it to myself, and it prints perfectly on my home printer (Laser Jet Pro MFP M 225dw), which I would have bought but it's a black and white & I wanted color.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This printer is JUNK!!

This printer has numerous problems. The first is it regularly jams whenever you use the secondary tray. Making two sided prints is a complete joke. If that wasn't bad enough you will suddenly be told to replace a Waste tray with no warning, and NO ONE carries the waste tray in a retail store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

SUPER SERVICE to find and load driver

I inherited a printer from my sister, but needed to get the driver and load it.
The Brother rep was Super and walked me though the steps to do just that.
I also had a problem with resetting my toner. Again she walked me through that too.

There is no comparison between inkjet and laser printing. Laser is clear, crisp and no smears.

Great office companion

It truly does everything. The only issue is it does not duplex. But, knew that going in and having color/B&W Laser was key priority. Good machine thus far, works well, connects wirelessly, one stop shop for printing, scanning, and copies!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy to use very quiet machine

Setting up with very easy ran into some problems call customer service with no problem they went out of their way to help me now running is great I don't even know the machine is operatingthink it's lasting a lot longer than I thought it would the printing is Claire and the colors are okay
