Great and Reliable, The wireless drops ever once in a while. I suggest purchasing the one that has wired network capability. (not wireless) I have had it for 3 months and gone through toners like crazy. But I have printed more than 50,000 pages mostly black and white. So far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought mine over a year ago. It has been a nightmare. I use a Mac and it said it was compatible, but EVERY time I print it wants to check the tabs on the drums and move them to the left. It jams paper, it won't stay updated. It dumps yellow toner all over the place. It only prints part of the page and if you do get it to print one decent page, the 3rd or 4th pass are completely washed out. ARRGGHHH! I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH WHAT I THOGHT WOULD BE A GREAT PRINTER.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It seems to be OK now

But it has a history of giving us fits by just dropping our computers off its radar. Telling us that there is no connection. Right now it is telling us our front office computer is not connected. It has been a nightmare but seems to be better now at least it is still connected to the other two. Other than that it has performed well as a copier.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beats HP in quality, matches in everything else

When using an HP laser printer (three different models) on glossy laser paper printing photos I get streaks and miscolorations, but not with this printer! I am using one for a client that uses it to print pictures and are saving a ton on ink.
