Love it.

I would give it five stars, however I have trouble with the manual feed. I have never been able to get it to work. It could be operator error, but without a book of directions, I can't stand by the printer and try to correct anything I might be doing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Major expense to get it fixed, I wound paying more than what a new would cost because once one problem was solved another arose.

Overall good printer and scanner

Clear print, reliable paper feed, both for printing and scanning. One slight issue - the software has a bug in it that causes the brightness 'bar' setting to come up on my computer. I thought it was just my computer, but whenever I installed on other computers in the lab, we saw the same thing. Please fix this issue.

Print speed is slow and have to reset the unit often. Toners are expensive and do not last very long. We had to install Brother update to all our staff pc's just to have average print speed. I will not buy another one.

Wireless is great if your device can find it, uses a lot of toner other than that excellent.
