Nice quiet operation with good print quality

We bought this printer for our cafe and we use it to print our menus, wine lists and specials. Operation is easy and print quality is good. Uses toner a bit faster than I expected but otherwise no issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the speed and quality of this printer. The only issue I had was setting up the wireless capability. It was basically trial and error. It would have been better if it automatically went through the setup on startup to prompt you through the process. Once that is setup though, it's been great!

Excellent Machine

I have always wanted a laser printer and this one fit the bill. It is multi-functional and does everything you could want. Ink is a bit pricey, but the cost compared to quality of print makes it worth the money.

Paper jam all the time

After month of usage, paper jamming often and paper jam every single use after year. It will cost me a almost purchase new one to repair so I am looking for another different printer to purchase.

Just quit making legible copies

We used it for a couple years, then it started making copies that were't legible. Thought it was setting, then maybe cartridges bad, nope nothing worked. Just a useless piece of junk now.

It doesn’t work with my Apple gear

I was very excited about this machine. I have had wonderful experience with Brother in the past, but this unit will not print from my many Apple devices.
