great printer

The printer is great in every way. The only thing I don't like is the Brother software that gets installed on my computer, because it caused it to shut down several times. I think it's the Brother update monitoring program or something.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very disappointed with this printer. Have had several Brothers in the past that were great. This one smudges ink on copies and printing.

I have a small business and I am very happy with this printer. The ink cartridges are expensive, but you get quality printing. The printer is very user friendly.

We bought this printer in hopes of saving on ink. We have already replaced the black and now the color toners. We have only owned the printer for a couple of months. :( If you are thinking of purchasing this printer- keep searching if you use print a lot as we do. Another complaint we have is the feeder for scanning documents. This area is very small and sometimes you have to feed the papers many times before it accepts the documents.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It worked great for about 1 1/2 years, then a roller went bad, had it serviced. Since the service the print quality isn't as good, tried all the fixes. Also the wifi connection takes up to 10 minutes to print since the service. I have tried 2x's now to get a message through for a follow up service and get a standard response email back with links to fix the problems. I have done all of it more than once. So, not very happy with this product or service at the moment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Another great Brother Printer

The Brother MFC-9130CW is my first color laser printer. So far this printer performs very well, was easy to set up and makes great prints.
I would recommend this to a friend!
