Black color is all over like power when printing color pictures. Worst color printer I have ever used.

Too Expensive

The cost of ink and all internal parts is too much for a small business owner to have to pay for. A printer should be given a command and print, the brothers printer works well for the first year, except the high cost of ink. Then you begin to get maintenance codes to replace high cost items to be able to continue to print.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don't usually write reviews but this printer has not disappointed me. We had it a couple of years with no issues at all! I would definitely buy another when the time comes!

It's a nice unit but

First it prints well, the picture quality is good, but why would you make a network printer that can only hook up via WIFI? If it's a network printer it should be able to be hard wired or WIFI!! Apparently that requires more $$ and a different model. These laser printers have come down enough in price to be competitive with the ink jet color units, the toner costs more initially but lasts longer and doesn't dry out

best "All in one" I have ever owned. wish I knew about this many years ago. totally worth the extra money.. Does the work of 4 ink jet machines and much faster as well.

drum does not work even after replacing it

I had to replace the printer because the drum does not work even after replacing it and keeps coming up with an error light.
