Better since I got the replacement

At first I wasn't impressed because the toner would just rub right off anything I printed. Finally decided to call in and was told it was defective. VERY good support. Received the replacement in a couple of days and shipped the original one back in same box. I was very impressed with their support team. The only complaint I have is the hoops you have to go through to get the printer back online if you lose power or internet, which happens quite often where I live. Other than that I really like this printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer Problem

This is the second Brother - MFC-9130CW Printer that I purchased. The printer is easy to set-up and use. The print quality is excellent. After approximately a year, the printer went into an error state and quit working. I returned the printer to the store and it was replaced. After six months, the second printer went into an error state and quit working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought for home eventually will be home office so haven't put it through all it's paces but it seems to function very well. The touchscreen menu is a bit confusing in fax mode but that could be me. Was a die hard hp fan for many years, from like 1993, but quality, reliability and cost to operate made me research and this is the second brother printer and the first one is still running at our business office. Two thumbs up brother.

Great features & performance at a reasonable price

I have been using Brother inkjet printers for several years, this is my first laser and I am very pleased with the features and performance. I really wish that there was a way to sell Brother toner cartridges at a price similar to non-Brother cartridges. I prefer to use Brother, but the savings is hard to resist.

I would give it 5 stars but the fusion roller is to small and wears out prematurely. It is not that hard to replace but a pain.

It some times gets difficult to change printing options. I shouldn't have to go to 3 different places to change printing options.

Reliable

I havew owned two different Brother printers in the past and I can say this one is the best. All the features I need and easy to program to save color toner when color is not needed. Color programming display is superior to other brands I have look at.
