I like it. What I really wanted was a way to plug in all my stereo components into one outlet and have one on/off button, which this fits the bill 100%. Some people say there stereos sound better or they get better TV reception, which maybe I do, but I just wanted to turn on everything with one button. The $$$ I spent on this is a bit high, but I do like it. I do have a question in that it appears that it is always on - the display is always showing 120 volts and 0.2 amps when everything is off, and when on it shows higher values, but I thought I could turn off this item as well.. It is always on. Weird I guess. Or, maybe I'm just confused. Again, I do like it - but I'm still a little confused.

A surge protector is a must if you care for your electronics! this has multiple ports on the rear for several connections, displays the voltage and wattage usage on the front (great for speaker protection), filters electricity for smoother power making your electronics last longer. Smoother power gives you less static for surround sound speakers and it looks amazing!

I can't honestly say this has improved picture quality or clarity. However it's great added protection. Perhaps it does reduce & filter electric noise but I can't determine. Picture looks the same. I wouldn't however risk not using a Panamax unit
