Wow, jaw-droppingly gorgeous in 4k!

2001 is one of my all-time favorite movies; I've seen it in the theater multiple times, and owned it on VHS, Laserdisc, DVD, Blu-ray... the 4k edition, unsurprisingly, blows away the previous home versions. It probably looks better than many of the theatrical showings I've seen.
DolbyVision takes it even further with the expanded color and brightness.
Highly recommended.
