Smaller!!! Please read

PLEASE READ! I bought it two weeks ago and i love it, except that it is tiny! it only holds 18 oz but is labled as a 4 cup coffee maker which is 32oz. When you measure out and add 16oz (2 cups) of water it measures as 3 cups on both the caraffe and the water storage reservoir.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I get everything ready and set the timer for the next morning. Viola!, I get up and the coffee is ready to go. I've had this for several months with 0 problems, just fresh great coffee.

I have been a fan of Mr. Coffee for many years. This Simple Brew 4-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker is a replacement for an older exact model that has served me well for almost 10 years of daily use. My only complaint with the older model is that the coating on the warming plate has worn off and the plate is rusting in places. This coffee maker arrived in perfect condition and the initial recommended cleaning (run a brew cycle with water only) went off without a hitch. I alternate between manual brew starts and the programmable setting with no issues. In my opinion, this is a great little coffee maker at a reasonable price, and if this one lasts as long as the previous one, I will have no complaints. I am very pleased with this purchase.

We have used the 4-Cup Programmable Coffee Maker over 10 years. Besides being ideal for two, it makes a tasty brew and it is also easy to clean. Actually we purchased the most recent one as a back-up about two months ago and have not yet opened it. The only down side we have experienced is that it does not keep extra coffee warm and reheating is a pain in the neck. Otherwise, we would rate it 5-Star. We own and have used a number of other expensive brand Coffee Makers and find the 4-Cup Mr. Coffee to be highly competitive. It is a great Brewer and we will continue to use Mr. Coffee...

I love the coffeemaker, just the right size for me, however, the lid doesn't close down well. When I press it down it kinda locks and hard to open back up.

I purchased this coffee maker for my office. I CANNOT live without my morning & afternoon coffee at work. I wanted something that would use coffee grounds (not pods) and would be fairly quiet while brewing. I've had this coffee maker in heavy use for over a year and it has yet to fail
