I have sold these for many years and have been the recipient of so many compliments on these products! They're made like a battleship! This is the 4th one at home (buy them for my relatives, too ... should have BEFORE they lost everything!) ... you can't beat this product for the money ... they protect everything! Next company I want to work for is APC! :-)

Being a small company in a small town we have a lot of power outages. We have several of these units and all have worked perfect every time. Highly recommended!

USB not communicating

After I installed software a note to check USB cable keeps coming up. Re-installed with no help. Cable appears fine. Documentation is poor as to which outlet does what. Software could not start browser to register product.

BE750G strong and inexpensive

This was a replacement for another APC UPS which is now obsolete. Thanks to telephone sales for recommending a very good and less expensive replacement.

Great Product

This is the second ES-750 I have purchased and this new one is better than ever. Be sure to have the 3.0 powershute personal software loaded on your computer otherwise the Master Switch plugs may not work, as was in my case. You can find the 3.0 under downloads on this website. Be sure to choose the correct operating system.

There are enough outlets on the unit however they cannot all be accessed if any equipment you are using has a reduction transformer. In my case I have lost access to two outlets. Other than that the unit performs extremely well.

Bought new APC 750VA in exchange for an older model. This unit performed exactly as required. Had a power outage last week and unit performed perfectly, keeping me online and operational.
