Product failed after 4mos of light use

Product lost power over night after 4mos of light use. Upon awakening, product would not power on at all. Attempted other power outlets, and it is not of issue with outlet or surge protector power strip. Have seen other reviewers remark of same/similar incidents.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, ceramic inside/not painted substandard metal, eco button, child button, minimal footprint, defrost setting, melt setting, easy to clean surfaces
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

TIny and powerful

I've had this microwave for about a year and love it. It was the perfect size to fit on a shelf in my kitchen and has all of the features you'd expect in a larger unit. The turntable was particularly important to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Who new the "grilling" feature would work?!

As a basic microwave, this model works splendidly. It also matched all of my existing stainless steel appliances, which was nice. The most exciting part of the microwave was the "grilling element" which I really thought was a little cheesy in the beginning. Where I don't typically cook things fully in a microwave, the grilling features I have found is fantastic for reheating things that should be crispy, such as french fries or chicken tenders. So nice for things not to come out of the microwave soggy and disappointing but for them to remain crisp! Would highly recommend.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Inexpensive, grill

I was in the market to replace my old unit and came across this beauty! It has some awesome features, it's very well made and performs in excellence! It comes with both grilling and baking elements which is a very new trend. I'm looking forward to utilizing these features. The color is realistic and it matches the rest of my appliances very well! I couldn't be happier! This unit makes me love Samsung products more and more every day! Keep up the excellent work!

Why I'm Happy with my new Samsung Microwave

After 15+ years my Samsung MW5592W (Manufactured May 2000) microwave died.
We knew we wanted to go with Samsung again since our last microwave lasted us over 15 years, but I compared 2 other highly rated brands.

When all was over and done, I chose the Samsung again.
Here's why:
1. warranty was 10 years-others were 5 year
2. Ceramic interior-others were plastic
3. Same size as my old one.
4. Menu screen very similar to my old model.

So far, the new microwave has been a pleasure. A few things are different such as no "1 minute" button that I used a lot on my old one. There is a "30 second" button on the new one, so I just have to push it twice. The door on the new microwave has the same button closure feature as my old microwave. I never had any trouble out of the door or anything else on the old microwave.
To be fair, I will return and update my review after I have had a chance to use my new microwave. I'm looking forward to learning how to use the new grill feature.
Some people put negative remarks concerning the "Owner's Instructions & Cooking Guide" that was included in the box with the new microwave. I am glad to have had ANY instructions or guide included with my product. Recently, I bought another new product and it did not include any instructions or a guide (and was a lot more expensive).
Pros: Durable, 10 year warranty, ceramic inside-easy to clean, light is on while food is microwaving, optional display for clock
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung quality that I expected

Great looking, ceramic inside is super easy to clean. Heard up great and has cool crisper feature with accessories included. Also has great mute feature that I didn't know I needed but can't live without. Oh and of course, heard up like perfection.
