Really really Love the room in this refrigerator!!!! Excellent organization. Just very impressed. Love the feature of the second door to be able to use as freezer or refrigerator. Keeps food fresh a long time.
Only slight frustration's are the stainless is hard to keep clean. & the stainless device your cup lays on to get water is nice looking but it scratches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've only had this 10 days, and I am registering the warranty, so this could change. So far, so good. No complaints. Some complained about noise, ours is quiet. Much more spacious than our old frig. We can see everything in the frig. Love the chill drawer for storing some soda, cheese, and yogurt, it gets very cold even on the middle setting. Sad about not magnetic front for stuff- but the sides are magnetic, and one side is open and we stick stuff on it.
Pros: Features/Settings, Quality, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 months into purchase and the ice maker stopped working...new unit installed under warranty. Now 3 months after warranty expires...a fan problem. Didn't things like this in the past consider the product a "lemon"?
I expect a company like LG, known for its supposed quality, to pay for this repair.

This is my first French Door refrigerator and I'm underwhelmed and disappointed. Shelves don't slide out. Lack of flexibility in moving shelves. Not many placement options. The egg holder is too big and it would be nice if it's door would stay up. I'm a shorter woman and honestly it's difficult for me to reach things on top shelves. Egg holder is over my head. I absolutely do NOT recommend this to anyone under 5' 5". Worst feature are the puny fruit and vegetables bins. Wow! Can't even fit bag of spinach. 3 bins total. 2 small and 1 tiny. Would've been much better to have made 1 sizeable one. Top slide out in freezer constantly frosts up. Very disappointed, especially considering it's price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love our LG

Wish we had gotten the deeper model but we have been able to get by just fine with this counter depth model. Keeps everything perfect temp, easy access, ice bin is generous enough (which we were worried about initially). It's quiet.. rarely hear it other than the occasional ice dump. The mid drawer is fantastic.. can set it to a variety of temps based upon the need at the time. My only complaint is trying to fit tall soda bottles in it with the shelf configuration. I always have to lay them down.

Great for empty nesters

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pull out refrigerator drawer is a back-saving gem. It means the lettuce, tomatoes and eggs, etc. are all within easy reach. We like the counter depth version because it makes it easier to reach to the back of the shelves. The refrigerator runs quietly. The ice maker makes pleasing shaped and sized cubes. We fill our water glasses up with cubes several times a day and haven't run out of ice yet.
Pros: easy to use
