Great refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this when we moved into our new house and I love it. My favorite feature is the door in the middle because you can change the temperature depending on what you have in there (deli meats, cold drinks, wines, etc.). I also love that it tells you when to change the filters. It cools great and has plenty of space for our food and drinks.

Lots of Storage Options

Overall, we've been very happy with the new frig. There are lots of storage spaces, but not all of them are very functional. Some were too small to be useful, or awkward to load or access.

Love the look of the LG Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find the independent drawer an excellent feature. It is my go to place for breads, and cold cuts. I have not found a use for the easy reach pockets as they are not deep enough to put items as small snacks, like cut up carrots.

Am very pleased with this refrigerator. The features give me max flexibility for food & beverage storage. Love almost everything. Would like a bigger ice storage bin.

Love this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So after living with this as our main fridge for almost a year, it's time to give feedback. Honestly, this has been a great appliance. It is quiet, very cold and has worked great. The Ice maker is a little small but we have only run out of ice once in 11 months son, non-issue. The 2 slide out drawers in the freezer are a little funky at times but once we've figured out what fits, again, non-issue. It's very bright and shinny. Glad my kids are grown but it looks great when clean. Got so say I'm very happy.

Unreliable Equipment

I bought this refrigerator in November 2015. It broke with a compressor failure in April 2018. As of May 27, nobody was able to repair the refrigerator reliably. Within one week of each repair (it was repaired two time already), the unit broke down again.
I would not recommend this refrigerator. LG is known to have issues with its compressors (there is actually a class action lawsuit in progress). Secondly, I would not recommend it since it seems that repairmen have no clue how to repair it such that it really works reliably again.
