[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is absolutely beautiful and we were pleased with it up until about two weeks ago.It completely stopped working .It needed a new compressor.Thankfully the customer service at LG was very helpful and they had a technician over my house the next day with a brand new compressor.The fridge is working again.Other than that,really nice unit.

Spacious, tons of shelves & storage bins and a great middle drawer for frequent use items like pop & such. We recently had an issue with the water & ice flow electrical line and LG was excellent in helping us get it repaired. Thanks LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product 5 years ago and it has repeatedly failed to maintain an acceptable temperature. It has been repaired multiple times but nothing has worked. The temperature can fluctuate by 20 degrees even when empty and not being used.

Great features, very poor repair history

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I love this refrigerator...BUT DEFINITELY get the extended warranty! I have had 2 previous refrigerators that I have replaced only due to remodels and never had a service on them! (The one in basement currently is 30+ years, previous one was grandmothers...had to be over 50+. This one has been serviced 3 times in 7 years...the most recent was to come down to a wet floor the morning we were leaving for a 3 week vacation.

While I love the features, I am disappointed that I have had to replace the compressor TWICE! I'm still waiting for the second one to be installed. I feel like for the price we paid, this should not happen. Waiting to see if LG honors the warranty for Parts AND LABOR on this not-yet-two-years old compressor.

The water dispenser on the door stopped working about a year ago. The fridge is exactly what we were looking for because of space restrictions in our kitchen. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like it was built to last.

I bought this is 2018, March, and up until a month or so ago it worked fine. Was happy with it. But about a month ago the compressor failed. Failed on a Wednesday, called LG on Thursday morning and to their credit had someone come out and replace compressor Friday morning, minimizing a great inconvenience. But now the door switch for ice is acting erratically. Goes on and off while dispensing.
