I have had this refrigerator since 10/1/2021 and the craft ice maker has broken twice. it is currently broken and LG is unable to find a repair center in Eugene OR to fix it. Guess I am stuck with a lemon

I have had this fridge for about 6 years. Overall, I like the features, design, and have been mostly pleased. There have been two issues - the Compressor and then the Condenser has to be replaced. In both cases, LG warrantied the parts so I only had to come out of pocket for the Labor. I was pleased with how they handled each issue.

Couldn't ask fpr a better laid-out refrigerator. It is noisy at times, but that's okay! We remodeled the entire kitchen 5 years ago and replaced an aging fridge. For two people, it is perfect for us. The door storage is more than adequate and large items like hams or turkeys can be easily stored. Glass shelves are difficult to re-install after cleaning.
