As expected until..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 8 months into ownership and start hearing compressor clunk/bang and screech. Ice cube dispenser jams, freezer is set to -4 to freeze food. Serviceman states TSB to fix. 3 of 4 new LG appliances have failed within months of ownership in one way or another. As a side note, think long and hard about French door design. Was excited @ first, but after time becomes frustrating to have food stacked on top of each other when looking for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love Everything About It

Everything about this fridge is amazing, including the build quality, which is much higher than many others that we looked at, and, honestly, the lighting. It's SO bright. It might not sound like much but it's really nice. It is very thoughtfully laid out and easy to use right away

Love the design and features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a year ago. Love all of the design except one thing, this is why only 4 stars instead of 5. The vegetable drawers inside main fridge are way too small. Instead of making two larger drawers, LG created three smaller drawers. Hard to fit a stalk of celery in it for drawers are two short. Other than that I absolutely love how there is a separate drawer for deli stuff or however you decide to set temperature for use. It opens with such ease and is divided nicely for separating different items. The freezer drawer is the same with different levels. The fridge size is actually smaller than my old fridge but have been able to make it work for the design uses the space well. Love the slick design of ice maker not utilizing the whole door space and it's hidden nicely behind door shelves. Other door shelves holds up to gallon size milk containers and other large containers to free up main shelves. Can fit two carton of eggs in egg storage compartment. The outside cleans easily and fingerprints, dust etc are simply wiped off with wet sponge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this LG refrigerator for almost a month. I wish my space would allow for a regular depth refrigerator as the counter depth is very shallow and it does not hold that much. The fruit and vegetable bins are very small and fit very little. The shelving on the door is well configured and actually holds quite a bit. I like the way it looks and like having the drawer for deli meats that has separate temperature controls from the main refrigerator. I’d buy this refrigerator again because I believe my concern with counter depth will be the same for any counter depth refrigerator. I withhold full recommendation because it has only been a month. Ask again after one year when I’ve had a chance to use it for a while and adjust to having less space.

Great Refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I were looking for a larger capacity 4 door counter depth refrigerator to replace our older side by side and we hit it right on the mark with this LG model. It's well lit and spacious. I would have given it 5 stars if the middle drawer would only stay open when we have it open.
