When the 5 year extended service expired we were not contacted to renew it and we recently had problems with it again. The repair estimate was almost equal to new refrigerator so we decided to buy new one.

I can’t believe a product that is this expensive would have a part as expensive as a condenser fail in 6 years. I have other refrigerators in other homes that are over 20 years old that are going strong!

We bought this refrigerator about 6 years ago and during that time it was fixed - 1 for a recall and 3 more times for various issues most of which involved replacing the compressor. When it works, it is great and I really like so many things about this fridge but too many repairs for a fridge that is only 6 years old.

I had to replace the fan as it continued to freeze over a few times. Also the fridge has to be pulled out a little in order to open the right door without. hitting the corner of the wall.
